Play Day!

It's the most wonderful day of the year... (are you singing it with me?) I love Play Day because I love watching the kids working together and (almost always) having a great day. It's fun to watch the older kids watching over the little ones and it's fun to see them working together to complete some event together. Because some of those events will only work when the teams work well together!

And so since I've been so bad at putting pictures up this year, I'm just going to put up a whole passel of them. And if I spotted someone from my class in the pic somewhere, I put the pic up. Thanks to Mrs. Schutten for taking most of those pictures!

Duck, duck, goose is apparently a good way to spend time between events.

I love this event. Of course, it's much better when the temperatures make it fun to stand in water. Maybe I'll sign up for this one again next year.

Here we're tabulating the results to see which teams will end up together for the wheel relay race. Wow, were the scores close this year! Four teams were separated by .5 points!
