After lunch we welcomed the Grade 5 and 6 class to our festivities. They had the option of helping the kids make 100 piece puzzles or 100 link chains. Both activities were well represented.
The only annoying part about making those chains was the rather pitiful state of our staplers at school.
Oh well, where staples ceased to work, tape would do.
Proud presenters of the first completed puzzle. I'm sure they were waiting for the chocolate prize as has been handed out in previous years. Sorry! I had more chocolate in previous years!
Oooh! Even the "boss" came to join the party!
Our room is still festooned with those chains. They fall regularly. But the kids insist we keep them up -- it makes our room cheery.
