The room was filling up and the day was about to begin...Time to perform our play for the students and parents and grandparents! We had been practising for a long time and were eager to share with others, although I think some were a little frozen at the sight of just how many others came to see the play!
And the play began with Mother Pig sending her little piglets out into the great, big world.
They met some friendly people along the way.
Well, those pigs met the farmer, the woodsman and the builder, but I think only one of them built a house to withstand the elements...and hungry wolves.
Uh oh, here comes that big bad wolf with bacon on his mind
Whoa, that wolf is all out of hot air. He can't blow that house down!
The cast!
Thanks for coming and sharing our big day with us!

Wow-wee!...Kudos to Grade 1 and Miss J for an awesome job on the story of the three pigs.
I particularly loved the little jig the three little oinkers did as they went on their merry way into the world.
That's what our life is n'est ce pas?? A journey of wonder, excitement, danger and discovery....*sigh* and now it's summer. Thanks for the pic's, they're wunderbar! I leave you with a very funny pun I learned from our very own Miss J:
When a pig loses it's voice, does that mean it's disgruntled? HA! LOL, I love it! :) ...you DO get it don't you? :-}

They were awfully cute weren't they? And they were awfully excited to be able to perform the play again for you today. Strangely enough I've seen other people jigging about the school. It must be catchy.
Uh oh, sharing my terribly bad humour on the internet. But I'll have you know, the kids think I'm hilarious.
Stay tuned for a few more pics...eventually
So cute! Great photo journalism too:)
