Ah, but now! Snow! See how thrilled we were to be enjoying an afternoon outside?
We trekked across the street to the pristine, untouched and untrampled upon snow to play Trail Tag.
Step One: Follow Miss J as we made snow paths.
Step Two: Trample an area for our "jail"
And then off we go! A couple of kids are "it" and everyone needs to stay on the paths. Looks like the red coats were "it" for this round.
Trapped! That's the thing about Trail Tag, the people who are "it" can trap you
with no way to escape.
Gotcha!
Aw. Caught. Once you're caught you put your hands on your head (to show you've already been captured) and head off to jail.
Joining their compadres in jail.
run, RUN! They're coming!
Yes, it is tradition to do this isn't it?

Hey Hey Miss J: My you've been busy. There's a whole mornings worth of reading here. Quite entertaining as usual and I totally agree with you about the snow. We are, after all, in Canada and we expect to have winter, therefore, we expect to have snow. Jill and I loved the pics of Blizz's bath. He certainly was chillin' in his blue tub and the room does smell better. Thanks for keeping us up to date with what's going on in grade one at CCS. Mrs. L.
See you on the slopes!
