Since there are so many pictures, I put them up smaller than usual. However, just like always, if you'd like a better look, just click on the picture and it will come up in a larger size.

Listening carefully and learning more about living things in a pond.

We moved indoors (yay! brrr) to look at the cows, chickens, goats and rabbits.

Oddly enough, calling "Here cow!" or "Here goat!" didn't work...

Yes it is much warmer inside!

Here we learned a bit more about dairy farming.

What's so funny?

This is -- the moo shoe! And see that in the background? Those are coffee handwarmers for we adults.

Look at all those hands! Everyone was eager to answer the questions. And they knew the answers! Pretty cool.

A highlight was playing in the straw (not hay as they'll be quick to tell you) and bouncing on the bouncy balls.

However, the most fun was swinging on the rope. See the lineup?!

Whoo hooo! Hay ride coming up!

Look at this. Beautiful blue skies, lovely green fields....If if weren't for the hat on the driver, you'd think it was a beautiful summer day.

And then we look at the kids and discover hay rides on cold days aren't quite as much fun as summer hay rides.

Look! We ARE in a pumpkin patch!!

Learning how pumpkins grow

Wrapping up the morning playing with farm machinery. They'll probably be able to tell you what all these machines do too!
