Back at it.

Here we are at another school year.  I had no idea when I started this blog that it would actually keep going(ish) for so long.
Every Friday after the students write in their agendas, clean out their desks and sing their memory work they get to play games they don't get to take out during the rest of the week.
This is a group of kids around my latest and greatest toy: my iPad.  I have to admit I really love the little game they're working on.  And it's going to be a pain to get everyone to have a turn, but I suppose that's what keeps it special eh?

And I'm astounded at how well some of my new kiddies are reading!  I've got little clumps of students in the reading corner being read to.  With lots of expression!

This is what I love about the game: instead of just choosing an answer the students have to write it with their finger.  It's very intriguing to others too :)

Some math puzzles

And this is a class who enjoys puzzles!  Cool!
