No not (so much anyway) having all the parents in to see what was up in Grade One and Two, but rather where on earth were you all going to sit??
I was used to parents grabbing a chair and sitting beside their young 'un, but with the kids in rows of 4, a ginormous igloo in the back, and my desk on the other side, that wasn't going to work so well.
But! You figured it out anyway.
See, it doesn't even look that crowded.

Quite to the contrary of our normal rules -- no helping each other out on word searches -- the students were thrilled to discover mom and dad could help.
And they certainly took advantage of the situation! :)
And you thought I was camera shy.
