Science Olympics -- The Incredible Edible Experiment

Ah check it out. This is what the kitchen looks like on Science Olympics days. Crammed with supplies for each day's activities.

So today each group needed large and small bags, measuring cups and spoons, rock salt, vanilla, sugar, cups, spoons, a bag of milk and two bags of ice.

Each large bag had to be filled halfway with ice and then add 6 tablespoons of rock salt.

In the small bag they had to mix

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp sugar

1 cup milk

Put the small bag into the large bag and...

shake...

vigorously....

for 5-7 minutes ...

Oops, forgot to take pictures of the results! I'm sure the kids came home and told you that they made ice cream today. Tastes pretty good!
